Hi all,

this week’s issue is just a brief one due to my exam schedule.

Some of my favorites of the week:

😄 Fun fact: Shakespeare was valid!

When doing propositional logic specification in computer science, a formula is called valid, if it is satisfied by any possible valuation.

Taking a closer Prince Hamlet’s famous opening phrase of the nunnery scene, “To be or not to be” we can see both the satisfiability and validity of the formula ****are given according to the truth table.

$be$ $\neg(be)$ $be \lor \neg(be)$
0 1 1
1 0 1

$be \lor \neg(be)$ is satisfiable and valid!

📝 Article: Taming the Mammoth: Why You Should Stop Caring What Other People Think”

Tim Urban hilariously shows how to find and empower your authentic voice as an antidote to overthinking.

✍🏻 Quote:

“Do not despise men skillful in managing a household; for the conduct of private affairs differs „he who devotes himself to a very highly specialized line of work is bound to do it in the best from that of public only in magnitude; in other respects they are similar.“ - Socrates

→ Practice skills in in private affairs and transfer them to public ones

Have an awesome week everyone,
Florian
